They were polite, pleasant, competent and explained what they would be doing to eliminate our problems. We had Precision Door do repairs at our house in Venice. Naturally, when the garage doors in our new home in Osprey needed repair, we called Precision again. The service, from the call for the appointment to the repair, was seamless. The men who did the work presented themselves in a most neat and professional way. They immediately saw the problem, gave me an estimate and I okayed them to do the work which was done the same day. Great Job!

I saw the ad on tv and decided to call. Christa who answered the phone was helpful, courteous & made an appt- very timely. Brian came out and he was, on time, very personable, listened well & took his time investigating the garage door. He instilled confidence & explained all issues. He even wrote a report within a couple of hours. Brian really seemed to like what he was doing for a career & that made it so pleasant. This company apparently doesn’t install commercial doors so they couldn’t install new equipment however they gave me a referral of a former employee and they will be out asap. It speaks well of Precision Doors that a former employee still has a connection. Thank you for your efforts. Very professional.

I called and two days later you had someone here. I was so busy with work from home meetings I did not have time to talk much with the service tech, he understood that. I explained my outside panel was broken on my garage but was also looking for a wifi solution add on. I ran back to my meeting, 30 min later I had a new panel and wifi MyQ solution installed. Fast service. I just configure the My Q and it is working perfectly. Thank you for handling this and understanding I was busy when you arrived. Amazing service

Garage door spring let go on the weekend.... Friend recommended Precision...Called Monday morning and spoke with very polite articulate friendly young lady at call center who's set me up with appointment on Tuesday. On Tuesday, Derek arrived AT THE SCHEDULED time, reviewed the door, explained CLEARLY what the issue was and provided several repair options. (Derek was also very friendly, polite, highly professional, well trained and respectful of Virus protocols.) After agreeing on repair options he completed the work in less than an hour. Door works great!!! This company should be the GOLD STAR EXAMPLE on how to conduct business!!!! FYI: I am NOT a robot or a BS paid reviewer, I'm just a satisfied customer who HIGHLY recommends this company!!!

Alex Reich serviced garage door that had been damaged by a tenant. He had to make many adjustments to the door and spent time to problem solve a damaged "operator reinforcement bracket" and "angle iron" and installed new sensors bringing the door to perfect operating condition again. I have a rental house that needed repair on their garage door. I chose Precision to repair the garage door because my husband reminded me of a repair of another rental house which needed of the garage door. He told me of their quick service and what a good job they did in the repair. They explained what they were going to do and did exactly that. So, when I received a call from the tenant, I decided to call Precision Door. I was provided an appointment very This morning, I received a call from Precision, letting me know that they could come within 30 minutes. I was so happy to have this taken care of so quickly. I drove to the location, and was met by the repair man. He went straight to work. He had in his tool box, all that was necessary for the repair, and was home within about 1 hour. I kept his business card. This is a great place to go to when you need help/repair, etc. for your garage. AND - THEY HAVE A TRIPLE A RATING.
