Called Monday and spoke to a a very courteous female. She took all needed information and made my appt. for Thurs. Thursday Alex Reich called to advise he was on his way and would be arriving in about a half hour. He arrived, assessed the problem. He advised what was wrong and the options Alex was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly. I highly recommend Precision and would use again if needed. Alex is surely an asset to this company.

Brian the tech quickly diagnosed my issue, which was the motherboard in the opener wasn't functioning anymore. He gave me his professional opinion on what repair was needed.
