My door spring broke on a Sunday and I was unable to open the door. I contacted Precision and they came first thing Monday. Joe repaired and serviced the door and it worked like brand new. Very efficient and informative. Left everything spotless. Would have him back anytime.

I saw your commercial on tv and decided to check you out on line. I found nothing but very good reviews so I gave you a call. An appointment was made for the next morning. The tech that came out was Mac. What a nice guy. He looked over my garage door opener problem and explain in detail what was needed for the repair. Mac fixed my problem in no time and now my garage door works better then before. Mac did a GREAT job. You’ve got a customer for life now.

Brett did a great job. The garage door works like new now. I did ask for plastic inserts for my 8 windows in my garage door but they were not with him. Brett knows what I want, I can install them, so if you could fed x or deliver them, I would appreciate it.
