Alex was polite and gave a precise explanation of all the issues with my 20 year old garage door system. He gave me various options to try and reduce my costs. I accepted the quote and within three hours I had a brand new garage opening system with no noise. I replaced the old noisy screw drive with a new belt drive, what a difference! They were there within two hours on a Saturday, finished the broken spring job in a half-hour. Another place we called said they could be there five days out, while our cars were trapped in the garage... Knowledgeable, efficient, polite technicians. Very satisfactory experience.
