Called for a new garage door motor. Scheduled for a technician to come out in a few days. The technician Alex called to inform us he was on his way. He was honest, friendly, patient, courteous and very knowledgeable. Explained everything with pricing. Gave us different options. Explained how long it would take to get the job done and the final cost. Did a great job! Couldn’t be happier. I would wholeheartedly recommend Precision to anyone.

From the first contact to the finished job this company delivers, honesty, quality and skilled technician's. Our inside the garage opener switch was not working well- sometimes it would not connect to open the door at all. The Precision service technician analyzed the problem, replaced the switch, and finished in about a half-hour. He Wes prompt and pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend Precision for your overhead garage door needs.

The man who came to our home was very knowledgable and made us feel confident he would recommend the appropriate repairs etc. He fixed our terribly noisy garage door and installed new devices for us including an outside key pad we didn't have previously. No star, waited 2 1/2 weeks for a appointment 4-8 pm, sales person shows up at 1:30 pm throws some paper work inside front screened in porch, because he didn’t want to wait for me to get out of work at 3:30 and be home by 4:00 ( my appointment time) that’s not how sell your products , at least not to me

My GD opener hardwired in hasn't worked in a year, and we had to manually open/close basically leaving my house open to intruders. My mother had Travis fix 2 doors at her duplex two days ago...he didn't try to sell her a COMPLETE replacement of everything, like another company did and a handyman said she would need. Because of her great experience, I called for service too. Tyler called when he was on the way, and was FABULOUS. He did explain that eventually I would need a new GD opener because mine is a 12 year old Big Box purchase installed by my father and there's A LOT going wrong, but he just gave me information and didn't push a sale. He went above and beyond to fix what I needed, basically saved me with Hurricane season coming up. In a few months when I can afford to replace my opener entirely, I will definitely he calling and requesting Tyler be my technician! Between myself and my mom, two very happy ladies...great service from start to finish! Easy scheduling, great customer service, awesome techs!

Brian did a great job diagnosing the issue with my garage door, letting me know my options for fixing the issue and updating some of the worn parts to keep my garage door mechanism working properly. Technician (Lee) arrived at the promised time, inspected the garage door components, and provided an estimate. He had the broken spring and worn bearing replaced within an hour. He was most professional and courteous in answering questions. We called Precision because they had done a previous repair years ago and left their sticker on the garage door. Glad they did.
