My GD opener hardwired in hasn't worked in a year, and we had to manually open/close basically leaving my house open to intruders. My mother had Travis fix 2 doors at her duplex two days ago...he didn't try to sell her a COMPLETE replacement of everything, like another company did and a handyman said she would need. Because of her great experience, I called for service too. Tyler called when he was on the way, and was FABULOUS. He did explain that eventually I would need a new GD opener because mine is a 12 year old Big Box purchase installed by my father and there's A LOT going wrong, but he just gave me information and didn't push a sale. He went above and beyond to fix what I needed, basically saved me with Hurricane season coming up. In a few months when I can afford to replace my opener entirely, I will definitely he calling and requesting Tyler be my technician! Between myself and my mom, two very happy ladies...great service from start to finish! Easy scheduling, great customer service, awesome techs!

Brian did a great job diagnosing the issue with my garage door, letting me know my options for fixing the issue and updating some of the worn parts to keep my garage door mechanism working properly. And all of this while I was in a meeting and couldn't do more than nod my head! :) He was great, and I would definitely recommend Precision AND Brian!

Technician (Lee) arrived at the promised time, inspected the garage door components, and provided an estimate. He had the broken spring and worn bearing replaced within an hour. He was most professional and courteous in answering questions. We called Precision because they had done a previous repair years ago and left their sticker on the garage door. Glad they did.

My garage door spring bike on Memorial weekend. I called hoping that someone could come out on Saturday but they were already booked. I made on appt for Tuesday afternoon. The technician, Mark, called and said he'd be at my house in 30 minutes. Mark showed up and explained what options I had. He then replaced my springs and all bearings that were worn. Mark was very good and explained what he waa doing as he finished the work.

We were please with the original job fixing our springs on our garage door. Today they came out and fixed a drum that was off balanced. Very friendly and honored our warranty without even asking. We are very happy with this company and the great people that work for them.

Our tech Joseph came out to reprogram some remotes and we wanted to inquire about a new opener with a camera. We had done a little research on our own in advance. Instead of going into a sale pitch he said “let me ask you some questions first”. That immediately told us whose interest he had in mind. He was even able to show us his own garage opener with camera that he controlled from his phone. After making a call he was able to locate one and come back the next day to install it. He was courteous, fast and walked us through all the features. Highly recommend Precision Door and Joseph. You won’t be disappointed!

The technician, Alex, was fabulous! He replaced my outdoor garage pad and then checked the mechanics of the garage door. He sprayed lubricant on all the areas of the door and showed me exactly what and where to spray ! He was polite snd very efficient! Highly recommend the company and ALex! Thank you!

No star, waited 2 1/2 weeks for a appointment 4-8 pm, sales person shows up at 1:30 pm throws some paper work inside front screened in porch, because he didn’t want to wait for me to get out of work at 3:30 and be home by 4:00 ( my appointment time) that’s not how sell your products , at least not to me
