I’ve been using Precision for many years. My garage door wasn’t staying closed. I tried to fixit to no avail. Called Precision and they were out the very next morning. The tech (name unknown) was on time, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We were happy with the service, we even added a key pad for garage door.

While the cost of replacement was a lot more than what my neighbors paid and had done by other companies, it appears I got a little more for an additional cost. My service rep, Mark B. was fast, pleasant, and knowledgeable, but I wish he would have explained a little more of what things were included with the quoted price and which were an additional charge. It also would have been nice to know which things needed to be replaced and which could wait. Finally, I could use a little more information on the warrant that came with my new spring and cables as it is 7 years in length, but conditional upon annual maintenance (I just learned this reading the invoice). To what does "annual maintenance" apply and must it be performed by Precision or any garage door company. Having vented with my confusion and concern, I am extremely pleased with the work that was performed. While I can only select one option on the "new product purchased," I did receive a new spring, cables, rollers, and a couple of other items.

Had a new belt driven motor with safety switches and controls installed. Zachery Nash, technician doing the work) did an excellent job. He explained why a new motor was needed (my was 20 years old and had control board issues), installed the new equipment in an hour or less and showed me how to operate. Everything runs so much smoother. The new belt drive that replaced the chain drive is smoother running and not near as noisy. Zackery is a very personable, polite individual. I have nothing but accolades for the equipment and the technician.

We had a disaster on our hands with a very heavy garage door. Alex arrived a little more than an hour later and managed to deal with a challenging problem of re-hanging it. On Wednesday morning bright and early, I was on my way to play golf. I hit the opener and nothing happened, I hit it again and the door opened 6 inches and went back down. I looked up and noticed the header spring was split in two pieces. When I got home from playing golf, I called Precision and was scheduled to have a technician come to the house next afternoon. The technician came to the house on time, was sincere and got the spring changed out in less than 1/2 hour. Great service just like their commercials on TV. The best, thank you.

Called on a Saturday just for a price, liked what they offered and they had someone here Monday, checked my door, installed a new Lift Master 8500w as my door opener was so noisy, new springs and all like new again.
