E very once in a while a person makes the right choice. Today was my day ! I was lucky enough to get PRECISION DOOR SERVICE on the phone within 24 hours of my garage door going on the fritz. Approximately 12 hours later your truck was in my driveway and within one hour everything was operating like brand new. My technicians name was Derrick Irving and I guess it was my lucky day. Thank you Precision and a big thank you to Derrick Irving!

Very pleased with Precision Door Services. Kaleigh scheduled the appointment and set the expectations. She was very informative. Alex called in advance and arrived timely. He explained what needed to be done and went right to work. He replaced both springs, one was broken. Applied a garage door lubricant on hinges, rollers, cables, and all moving parts. The door is quiet and opens/closes with ease. I am a Florida Licensed Realtor. I will put Precision Door Services on my approved vendor list and will refer my customers to you for their garage door needs.

Mark was my service tech and he was fabulous. He did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything and answered all my questions without pushing unnecessary "upsells". In fact, it was in part because of this I did "add on" new top of the line heavy duty springs in addition to the door repair and replacement of cables and rollers that I did require. The company was very punctual and I was able to have my door issue taken care of and my car "set free" the very next morning. Overall, I am very impressed with this company and Mark the service technician that did my job.

Selected Presicion because of other reviews and live operator answering calls. Appointment was very quick and a convenient time for me. Loved that employees pictures were sent with appointment confirmation so I would know who was servicing the garage door. Tyler located the issue immediately and had it fixed in no time!

Just a really pleasant experience all around. We called on a Sunday and got an appointment for Tuesday which was so fast. Alex was really professional and explained everything thoroughly allowing us to make the right decision based on our situation. We have dealt with Precision Overhead Garage Door in the past so they were my go to this time. The problem was my garage door was going up and down on it's own and Fisher quickly determined what it wasn't. When the door almost crashed down on him he knew exactly what was going on and proceeded to correct the problems. New springs, new motor, keypad, remotes and a 7-year Warranty! I now have an exceptionally quiet garage door and I have Peace of Mind as far as my safety is concerned. The quoted price was fair and considering the working conditions in the hot, airless garage Fisher had to work in his pleasant attitude and professionalism was commendable. Fisher is a fantastic employee and I hope he is appreciated. I'm a fan!

Precision Door installed our garage door a few years ago and did a great job. Last week I called to have some maintenance work done as the door was not quite functioning properly and a service man came on Saturday afternoon. He quickly found and fixed the problem and then proceeded to do some other routine maintenance. Both he and the company are 5 star performers in my book.
