Quick and friendly service at a reasonable rate all without having to replace the entire garage door opener. So happy I called Precision Overhead Garage Door - THANK YOU for the service and not trying to sell me something I didn't need but helping fix the problem!

Response time was good. I was told $79.95 plus parts. Serviceman seemed inexperienced with a garage chain disconnect and then asked for two hours of labor. He was there a bit less than an hour. H explained that labor expanded to a full additional hour after 6 minutes. When he was questioned, and text confirmed his timing, the labor was reduced to one hour. he company wanted to charge 3.9% even for payment through a debit card. It was very disappointing given that Precision was recommended ot me through other homeowners at Fiddler's. I can't recommend.

I have seen Precision Company Trucks out and around town and decided to give them a call! Two days before a storm, I called late in the evening to hopefully schedule a technician to come and fix my Garage door. It was very easy to have someone take my call and schedule an appointment the VERY next morning. I received the call from Matt before he arrived...He was so knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and fixed it. The staff from the first phone call to having Matt arrive, was so organized and efficient. The prices are very fair. I will definitely refer Precision Door Service to everyone! Thank You!

Garage doors only 4 years old already pitting / rusting company won’t do anything unless garage doors rust all the way to making a hole in the door. Such great quality products , nice look for a 300,000 house what poor quality stand behind your products. Will never purchase or use this company again .

I called precision to solve a long term problem with our door. On 9/10, the technician came, he was polite and found the problem, the channels are not aligned with each other. He said that a installer would have to fix it. I asked him for a quote and he said he'll have them send one. I have not received anything so I called on 9/12 and was told they will get back to me. It's 9/17 and still haven't heard anything.

Last night my garage door stopped opening. Called this afternoon and Mike was able to get my door operating again. I currently have a rental car and didn’t want to leave it in the driveway. Mike was knowledgeable and professional. I loved that I didn’t have to wait days for service.

Tom called and let me know he could come earlier which I thought was considerate. Both techs were very professional in letting me know the problems with the garage door and what my options were for repair. This is the second time I have used Precision and I’m glad they were the ones that replaced the opener today. They did all the new programming for me which I appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

If there was a way to give a 10 star rating- I would do so. I called Precision Garage Door at 10:30, and by 11:30 Luke showed up. He did call me before hand just like was explained to me. He not only fixed the bottom of my garage door, but he did a tune up as well. Previous to this, I was told by a less adequate company that I would need to spend 5-6K on a new garage door, and that my springs were broken (which I had just replaced 2 years ago). Another company couldn't even get me on the list- which happened twice in one week. Luke was so professional in his knowledge and demeanor, and he put my mind (and wallet) at ease. As a realtor, I shall be recommending both Precision Door and Luke to future customers.

Spring broke Saturday morning. Techs were here early Sunday morning. Amazing. Josh and Tom were polite and efficient. I chose the upgraded springs which they explained the difference to me. My door is fixed already. Precision put in the old springs just over 10 years ago. I was happy with them then which is why I called them again. I will definitely use Precision for any and all future garage door issues. Thanks guys.

We can’t thank you enough! The garage door was giving us problems, not always opening or closing so I called and got an appointment. However, once my husband was home from golf, we found the door would not open, and manually did not work! We called and explained our dilemma- our car and golf cart were locked in. The person who answered our call took a few minutes and before we knew it had arranged an emergency visit. Within the hour a young man named Mike came and in one hour had everything fixed. He even checked to see if our remotes needed reprogramming, which they did. A wonderful all-around experience!we would recommend your company without hesitation!

We called Precision Door to get a quote for a new hurricane grade garage door. Your representative came to our home, on time and reviewed our current situation. He explained that our new motor was the most up to date and that our door was in good shape but the noise as it was opening and closing could be alleviated by a good service. When I discussed making an appointment I specifically asked, "Do you handle Omega Doors?" I was told yes. I was expecting your tech to be equiped to make a repair by having parts for an Omega Doors. This not the case. Now I have to wait for a second visit to hopefully resolve the issue. Your advertising sucked me in however your appointment service should have told me that you are not an Omega dealer especially since I asked.

I arranged for an appointment after discussing what I wanted done with the appointment scheduler. When the tech arrived he told me that he could not provide me what I wanted. He was there for less than 5 minutes, yet I was still charged $75!
