The cost of the repair was more than I expected (hoped) but I’ve also learned over time that you get what you pay for. And FYI, our garage door has never been quieter. Very satisfied.

Chose Precision because their toll-free number was on my garage door. Got an appointment for about 3-4 days out on a Saturday. So same day service was out of the question. Service person showed up as scheduled and offered 3 options. He did not have any parts to resolve the issue, so I chose the one that required repairing the circuitry and was supposed to be contacted on Monday to pursue. No contact on Monday. I texted service person and he had talked with his manager who said they could not get the part and to call back when we got back from a trip up north. Do not recommend this company since they don't have much concern for the customer. Not a very good experience overall.
