I needed two new openers. I called Precision and they scheduled me when it was convenient for me. Matt showed up on time, worked steadily and got both installed. Friends had recommended Precision when I told them I was in need of a garage door repair. The scheduler was very helpful and set an appointment. The tech person was on time. Very helpful in explaining what had to be done to correct the problem and what could be done to make things better. And boy did it. He installed a new motor, wheels and brackets. All the while explaining the procedure. He also stated the price so I could make a decision. I would give this whole experience a 5. Very happy with the completed work
