He quickly determined the best path to repairing my system and gave me all of the optional paths fully explained! Repairs were undertaken quickly and completed just as quickly. Had another door company out, their guy was arrogant and wanted to charge me $3900.00! Said my door needed replaced and everything I had here was junk. Your technician Brian Fixter just had to replace the spring. He even tightened all the bolts and lubed the door for $190.00!!! GREAT service and will tell all my friends how good you are.

We used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to install a new garage door opener on our condo. They had excellent customer service. Our condo association requires a lot of documentation from any service providers and Precision was willing to work with us to provide that information in a timely manner. They arrived when scheduled and did an excellent job installing the door opener. We are pleased so far and would recommend them to anyone. They are our "go to " company for any garage door services we need.

The garage door motor failed - would not open the door.So I called the number on the box and was abruptly told to call "back late next week" So I called Precision on a Friday and was told someone would be out the following Friday Afternoon. And I was given a specific tech's name - Alex Reich. He called Monday prior to the time and said he was enroute. His professionalism not only ranks 5 stars it should make him "Tech of the Month"! I just say on this site "Military Discounts". Im a Vet whatz the discount - another benefit from an excellent company !!

Our garage wouldn't open yesterday, we called and we're able to get an appointment the next day. Brian arrived on time and was very professional and resolved our issue very quickly. He let us know our motor was old and we may want to think about a new one soon, but was not at all pushy about it which was a nice change for other service companies I've dealt with. We will gladly continue using them for all future garage needs

My garage door got jammed and some rollers were off the track. I called Precision based on Reviews. I was not disappointed. Luis from Precision came early (after notifying me) and he quickly sized up the problem. Proceeded to provide me a quote and after my approval went to work. He knew exactly what to do and how to address the problem. He was done in less than an hour and my door now operates better than before it broke down. I highly recommend Precision.

EXCELENT SERVICE - on time and courteous- Justin fixed two of three issues within 20 minutes. Unfortunately the third issue was not as amenable to service as out door is apparently "proprietary" and only certain companies can repair the seal at the bottom. Justin gave us the name of the local authorized dealer - so that was also very helpful!
