My keypad was old and corroded. I saw a tech helping a neighbor and asked him to check on it for me. He came as soon as he could but had already checked and saw it had two more months of warranty. He fixed it in a few minutes with no charge. He was professional, very pleasant and now it will be good for another seven years or so. While he was here, he checked to make sure my code was established and tightened something loose. What a pleasure!

If you need your garage door installed or repaired, Precision Door is the place to go. Excellent reception and scheduling. Very flexible to fit your time frame. The best part of Precision is the technician they sent out. Tom Le knows doors. He came one day to fix a problem and it appeared he did and I agreed.. But the problem came back. I called the next day and they scheduled Tom to come again. After careful study, he found the problem to be an entirely different issue. He had the parts to fix it and did so. Precision and Tom and truly 5 star.

Great experience - I called at 8 am, confirmation received timely, advance call from tech who arrived by 1:00 (earlier than promised - when does that ever happen?) evaluated the issue, explained what needed done and why. All work was done by 2:30, new springs, bearings and nylon rollers. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

Matt called ahead & arrived early, thank you. He explained my options for a new opener & the cost involved. He removed the existing chain-driven opener & replaced it with a MUCH quieter belt-driven one. He was very well organized, he walked me through the steps involved & completed the installation in about one hour. Finally, he lubricated the spring, wheels & door hinges. The outdoor keypad was a welcomed addition. Thanks Matt & Precision Service.

I had an appointment between 4 and 8 pm, first of all let me say I am grateful that I could get a late appointment so I didn't have to take a day off work. The tech (Justin W.) showed up on time and was great very accommodating and professional and absolutely knew everything about garage doors. I was looking to get a new belt drive opener, he gave me several options and he had the equipment on the truck. He performed the service that evening including new spring and new wheels installed the garage door opener in a little more than an hour absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for better service or a more knowledgable person to do the job. Precision is who I will turn to for anything thing I need for my garage door and the company I will recommend to anyone looking for garage door work. A big thank you to Precision and to Justin!!
