I needed to change the code to my key pad. I called around 9 am and was told the tech would be here between 10 -2. Leigh called shortly after 9:30 and was here shortly after. He changed the pad, set up my car pad also. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I have used Precision before for garage door repair and highly recommend them.

The Tech was very helpful in explaining the options available since my system was an older one that wasn't serviceable -- after selecting a new motor and pulley system, he was able to replace the old and have the door functional in about 90 minutes. He then patiently explained the operation and nuances of the new system.

Fast service and great technicians. This is the third visit from Precision all on different items and they get the job done quickly and thoroughly. We had them install a new opener last year with wifi interconnect and battery back up and LOVE it.

Josh was excellent, very knowledgeable and professional, replaced the dolly on the track as requested but also checked and replaced the springs and thoroughly checked out the operation of the door adjusting the stops checking all bolts for looseness, lubed every location until the door sounds like new. Very appreciative of his fine work and work ethic. I'd rate the work a 5!! Thanks!

my technician was a miracle worker!! My garage door is really on its last leg. My technician fixed the door, instead of saying it's a lost cause and making me buy a new door. I will need a new door but, at least it will get me by until I can save up for a new door. When it's time to get the new door, I will buy from Precision Door. They have earned my trust!!! He changed out the rollers and put a new bar on the top of the door, it was bent pretty bad and the new bar helped straightened it out, and stabilized the door. I highly recommend Precision Door!!!

Our springs on our garage door broke late on a Friday afternoon. Precision was able to come out on Saturday between 10 and 2. Joe our technician was here before 10 and did an amazing job. He explained the difference between the 2 types of springs they use and the warranties for each. We decided to go with the better one. Joe worked efficiently, and when he was done explained everything. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone! Thanks Joe!
