First time I have used services of your company. I had ordered a tune up due to loud workings of door. Was advised rollers needed replacing and bearing was bowed. I needed to change the code to my key pad. I called around 9 am and was told the tech would be here between 10 -2. Leigh called shortly after 9:30 and was here shortly after. He changed the pad, set up my car pad also. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I have used Precision before for garage door repair and highly recommend them.

The Tech was very helpful in explaining the options available since my system was an older one that wasn't serviceable -- after selecting a new motor and pulley system, he was able to replace the old and have the door functional in about 90 minutes. He then patiently explained the operation and nuances of the new system.

Fast service and great technicians. This is the third visit from Precision all on different items and they get the job done quickly and thoroughly. We had them install a new opener last year with wifi interconnect and battery back up and LOVE it.
