Justin came to our home today and repaired our garage door opener. Not only did he show up as promised, he was very professional and left no question unanswered. He cleaned up after he was done and stayed to explain everything that he had completed. Our new garage door opener is so quite it's hard to believe we've waited this long to get it fixed. Joe --- The service tech. who came out is the same guy who installed our new system last year. If he is not the most helpful, courteous and friendly guy on earth he has to be in the top ten. Precision is the most, reliable vendor I have used to any service in Naples Florida. And by the way, because they had just installed this system last year, there was no charge for the adjustment and maintenance inspection. Just terrific.
