Great from start to finish. Telephone was answered by a woman who was polite and efficient. Follow up email confirmation of appointment and a tech who showed up on time (called in advance) and in a clean company truck and appropriate uniform. Technician was very polite and knowledgeable. Service was done efficiently and he explained all work done every step of the way. Finally a "trade" company who has it right!

Had a wiring issue with our garage door today. Gaetano showed up and diagnosed this problem within 60 seconds. Spring breaks in my garage door at around 10:30 am today. Call Overhead Garage, great call center contact. They indicate the repair person will be here between 12 - 4 pm. He arrives, assesses situation and proceeds to fix it within an hour. Evident he knew his business and extremely polite and professional. Would recommend this company and it's capabilities to all in my neighborhood and will do that.

We have had Percisiondoor in the pasted and very happy with the results. It is nice the 24/7 service and a time close to ours needs. Also you are talking to a person,(who is very nice) NOT A MACHINE, about your problem. She also was very good at helping us. Joe was our repair person and he explained everything very well and did an EXCELLENT job. Would ask for him again. I have used PDS in the past for spring replacement and was satisfied. I called for this work on Friday afternoon and the work was scheduled for the following morning. Mark came on time and completed the work in about an hour. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Mark replaced the cables and set the door.
