Finally the kind of customer service we thought was gone. Your super technicians Josh and Joe were here within two hours after our call for help. They called 25 minutes before arriving as Anthony said they would. Courteous, friendly, organized, and instructive as to what they were doing and why and they were doing it gave us the confidence that when they finished, all would be fixed as we hoped for. After calling at 8:15am, I was surprised to speak with a live person, and got an immediate same day appointment between 10 and 12. They arrived promptly at 10 and after assessing the problem, completed the work in about an hour or less. I first used your company 10 years ago, and was amazed the service charge was the same. of course, everything else has understandably gone up, but not unreasonably so. Your technicians were knowledgeable and quickly determined what needed to be done. I would recommend your company without reservation.

This was the first time we used Precision, what a great experience. We called and got service the same day. Gaetano was our repair person, he was polite, kind and courteous. We needed a part, part was on the truck, no waiting to get the part in, a first for us since we have been in Florida. We will definitely use them again and so should everyone!

I chose Precision because of their good ratings. I called on Wednesday afternoon with a non-emergency and they scheduled me for Friday morning. They arrived promptly at 8:00am in in 45 minutes had my door purring. My initial reaction to spending $300 for 45 minutes of work was they were expensive. But when I saw the detail bill and the replacement component costs, I felt the labor and expertise I paid for was reasonable. I had them put a sticker on the backside of my door so I could call them again if I ever need servicing - and I will. Completely satisfied and I recommend them.

Unfortunately the springs on my garage door broke. No worries....called the best of the best...Precision Overhead Garage Door. The door was fixed the same day by Gaetano. Great guy with a great personality and he really knows his stuff..!!! If you have garage door problems...don't look anywhere else but to Precision. They rock..!!!

Professional service, explained exactly what was broken, what was needed to repair the garage door and showed me what else should be repaired to make the garage door function properly. We had the broken spring replaced and also the rollers at the technicians suggestion. Door opens and closes smoother and quieter.

Quick same day service. Called just after 8am. Techs arrived around noon. Techs were courteous and knowledgeable suggesting three options to repair the broken spring. I opted for the minimum replacement. Justin informed me of some possible future problems and solutions, but no pressure to choose one option over another which I appreciate.
