Justin was extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing my problem with subpar springs. He worked quickly, explained everything along the way, and did a remarkable job. Mark was very efficient and knew what the problem was immediately. He had to replace bolts that had fallen out and did a tune-up which I believe had never been done in the 10 years (age of house). Now, the garage door opens and closes very quietly and smoothly. I would like to give Mark and Precision 6 stars!!!

Initially, called Presicision because our garage door was not closing, approximately a month ago. Service tech was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Performed an adjustment in the motor box and the door worked. He explained the operation and problems that could develop with the age of our garage door system. Today, (7/21/2017), Justin came out, due to the screw drive trolley breaking and replaced same. Justin was courteous, professional, and also knowledgeable. However, he didnt apply any "hard sell" tactics as to replacing any garage door equipment. He left that decision to us. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

Today, Friday, August 4, 2017, Justin came to examine the weather stripping on our garage door because there was a gap at one end of the door where you could see light coming through when the door was closed. Justin explained that, over time, the stripping can shrink. It did/had. He pulled the stripping, putting it back in place with no problem. After the simple solution, he thoroughly examined the door's operation and made a small adjustment to one of the springs. Great job. Jason was personal and professional. And, knows his garage doors!! 5 out of 5. Great service!!
