Repairman called before arriving. Found the problem, had the part to fix the problem and made the repair. Repairman was courteous, performed an inspection of the entire door and made some suggestions. No high pressure sales for additional work. Very satisfied.

Service was good and professional. Leigh is personable and competent and did a thorough job. You should be glad to have employees like him. A little mix-up on the appointment time. I got an e-mail that the appointment was for 8 AM. When I called at 8:30, I was told that the window was between 8 and noon. A small thing, but it kept you from getting a 5 star rating.

After Hurricane Irma hit, my garage door wouldn't go up. I called Precision the next day and they were highly responsive. Lee, who was a real professional, came out and made the necessary adjustments so that the door was aligned again and functioning. I would highly recommend Precision! They were great.

called Precision after Hurricane Irma to adjust the door. we had difficulty manually closing it. They gave us an appointment for the next day and the tech arrived before the slotted time. Great service. Tech was cordial, fully explained things and left some lubricant for our future home use. Reasonably priced would recommend their service to others.
