Let me tell how pleased I am with the service. Leigh was my tech and he was amazing. My door and motor gave him a lot of trouble. He worked late into a Friday night until 8:30 PM. I was impressed he did not quit, and stayed on it until it was complete. Now the door and motor work perfectly.

This is only the second time I have called Precision to help me with my garage door problems. Initially I first called Precision about 5 years ago to update my garage door, which you did quickly and at a very resonable price. I did not need any further help for my garage door until last month, right after Irma visited our area. My garage door would not close correctly- a minor adjustment that your service person quickly identified and quickly fixed. He also adjusted one of the wheels on the door, put on a new rubber bottom on the door and then lubricated each of the wheels that assist the door in opening and closing. Your service person was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about finding the correct solutions to my garage door problems. As far as I am concerned, Percision is the perfect company to take care of all my garage door problems!

Hurricane Irma took out my garage door among other issues. Being disabled, the garage is the easiest and my main way of getting in and out of the house. Precision was able to get my garage door up the day after meeting them for an estimate. They were also able to use my original motor which helped keep my cost down. The recognition was very well mannered and completed the job by himself, which was a feat doing I needed new everything but the motor. Overall great job.I highly recommend them.

Your service technician arrived, he performed a 25 point inspection and found the reason for my concern was that the door springs were sized incorrectly by the manufacturer. They were over tightened and still did not balance the door. His recommendation was to install new springs and advised us of the price and what the warranty would be with new springs. He also explained that there is a upgraded spring with a "10 year" warranty that would add one additional spring and bearing. The cost difference was made minimal and the warranty was 10 years vs 90 days. We decided the 10 year upgraded springs were the best deal. Excellent service, price, quality of work performed and employees. Thank you, Tom & Terri Mann
