Alex was a good tech. he informed me of potential problems with my system after fixing thw spring issues. The company prices to remediate the remainder of the systems was too high. I ordered a 3/4 HP Genei system for 182.00 and a installer for 124.00 on Amazon, that was a lot cheaper than 2600.00. He didn't have Heavy duty springs for my larger than normal door so he installed standard springs. I hope my new system will handle it.

re repair of broken spring on my garage door. Same day service, which was important since I could not get my car out of the garage until it was fixed. Ian was very nice and professional. It was soooo hot today, but that didn’t hinder him at all. Very nice gentleman. He showed me how to use everything, and even programmed my car to work with the garage. I didn’t even ask or suggest it. He offered. Very nice man. Whenever I call with a questions there is always someone there to answer it in a very professional manner. My recent call was concerning my key less door keypad.
