I had precision service my garage door a couple years ago and was very pleased. So I called when my opener broke down, I asked for a phone quote but the person on the phone said there needed to be on-site estimate so an appointment was set up for an estimate. When your men showed up for it they said it could be repaired or replaced, so they gave me an estimate for both. Honestly it was extremely high to do either so I wasn't really interested. They said I owed a 49.00 service call, I said this wasn't a service call but an estimate but they insisted it was a service call. I refused to pay, which your company didn't bil me, but I didn't appreciate the false pretense of being told by your salesperson it was an estimate only but then called an chargeable service call once here. Because of this I would hesitate to ever call Precision again. If your salesperson had told me that it was a 49.00 service charge to give an estimate I would have declined anyone coming out. Please review your procedure as this is not ethical. Thank you

I chosed Precision out of the phone book. Boy what a great choice I made. Mark came and tried to fix the door which was not closing correctly. After trying several things ie: bad eyes and so forth he determined the door was in bad shape for multiple reasons. I opted to order a new door and John came to install it. He recommended I let him try to repair the current door which I agreed to. After his repair work the door works better than it has in over 20 years and was several hundred cheaper than a new one. Kudos to Mark and John for unbelievable service,courtesy and expertise. Wonderful experience for us. Highly recommend !!!!

I found you online and you had a ad online for free service call.When the tech arrived he gave me a price with the service call included.I told him that the service call was for free if you mention it when they arrive.He said ok so he added 49.99 to the price he gave me and then deducted it .False Advertising big time.It took him 12 mins to do the job for $245.00

The wire on door came off due to springs not working. This same wire was replaced by Precision few months ago because it was broken.. Technician placed wire back on and I will try to contact company that installed spring to see if under warranty. ,If not i will call Precision Door to replace springs. Technician Askew was very professional and helpful.

The tchnician was supposed to come between monsoon and 4 pm, that was the time we agreed upon/. He got here earlier, I was not home. He did nothing except charge us $ 49.95 and left. What else do tyou want to know..... NO service was performed......

I'm sorry you feel no service was performed but the technician found no problems with your door. Your technician did a full inspection and made a recommendation of replacing your spring and offered pricing for our spring options and a center bearing, but was told no. We charge a service on every trip and that is stated at the time the appointment is booked. But the technician did what he is trained to- make recommendations and provide an inspection. Sorry you feel you did not receive any value, but should you need service in the future give us a call and we will waive the service call with any repairs done.

As a business owner and single female homeowner, I would like to say that my experience with Precision was impressive. Always on a tight budget, I am a savvy shopper out of necessity. I obtained 4 estimates for a new garage door. While all were within reach of each other, I had a much more professional experience with Precision by far. Also very glad I did not skimp on quality and installed the best door possible! From point of sale to install of a top of the line Florida Hurricane Door, Precision had their bases covered. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Would I rather be out buying new high heels vs. a new garage door? You bet! But Precision made it a delightfully painless experience all the way around.

Alex Reich was the technician who came out to service us. Very attentive and helpful! He explained everything in terms easy to understand. We had to purchase new springs and rollers. Alex did and excellent job in no time and also showed me how to lubricate the parts of the garage door that need lubrication 2 or 3 times a year. I definitely recommend this company... ask for Alex Reich!
