I called the company late in the afternoon and got them to schedule me in the following day. Ian came out about mid-day and figured out the problem with my system within a minute. Broken Spring. As home is 22 years old, I guess that happens. It took about an hour to replace, re-lubricate, and adjust pull-up tension correctly. He went right to work, offered me two options for replacement springs, and proceeded to get the job done. Nice they keep many of the parts they may need in their trucks. Thought I would need to be re-scheduled. Not so. Job well done, timely, and thorough. I'm sure the pricing was competitive and Ian assured me there would always be someone cheaper but the job was done correctly, with warrantee, and quickly. Very satisfied. Very nice to have this done so quickly from the time our spring broke!

Just after we bought our home, we had Precision replace the overhead door springs and do a tune-up. We were very pleased with the work that the tech, Justin W. did. So, recently, when the door started to make a loud noise and even jam on occasion as it opened, I didn't hesitate to call Precision. They responded immediately and sent Justin W. out that same afternoon. As promised, Justin W. called me when he was still 20 minutes away so that I would have time to drive home from work. Just like on his prior visit, Justin was prompt, courteous, and very well informed about our equipment. He took care of the problem and told me to let him know if we had any further problems with the door. Justin W gets 5 stars from me! And, I'll certainly continue to recommend Precision to neighbors friends, and work colleagues.

Called on Sat. PM. Was told tech would arrive between 2-5pm Sun. Shows up @ 6:30. After troubleshooting, said he needed parts and would return Mon @ 4:30. Calls at 5 says too tired today, will return Tues @ 4:30. Arrives 6:30. Works until 8:30. I have to work very early Wed. Tell him to finish next day. We’ll see. Despite time delays, really like John’s attitude and expertise. Also, why don’t billing amounts on estimate add up to total costs?

We apologize for the delays in getting to your home and resolving your problem. The technician explained that his previous job had been much more time consuming that thought and delayed his schedule greatly. WE strive to give each customer as much time is needed on every appointment to make sure the job is done correctly. In your case we let you down as we had to come back a second time. The technician stated he did try to work with you within any time constraints and that is why the return visit was moved. But in the end you were extremely happy with his work. We thank you for your business and hope in the future you will keep us in mind
The service was great, same day service. The Tech was extremely polite and went thru everything with me prior to starting, He had the door working in in short order. They did a great job
