Alex was very professional and respectful. He explained what happened, broken spring, and gave me the options. Although I thought the price was a bit high, we needed the garage door to be fixed. He was in and out in an hour and a half. Unfortunately, I wasn't offered a military discount? That would have helped the bottom line.

When we moved to Venice five years ago we called Precision to upgrade our garage door. We had to call them Wednesday afternoon as our spring had broken. From previous positive experience several years ago, I called Precision for a current issue. They were able to schedule the repair in less than 24 hours. When they arrived, they quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken cable, electronically accepted by credit card payment and issued a receipt via email all within 30 minutes. Repair is guaranteed for a year. Will call again if a problem and will recommend to anyone needing garage door repair/replacement.

Very pleased with the service we received today. High praise for Chris and his helper, Fisher, who were on time, courteous, and professional. Chris gave us three options to choose from and explained each one. After we made our decision, they came back the next morning with the product and replaced it quickly and efficiently! My door would stop mid-close or open. Mark came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for a new door and motor. He got the door working for now with a few adjustments. He did not charge me for today's visit! :)
