The first garage door company we tried was a total dud. They said they needed to order parts, left… and we never heard back from them again – That was four weeks ago! This time we tried Precision Overhead Garage Door. Our repairman, Joe showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the two issues we had with our door. He explained our options, gave us a quick estimate and completely resolved the issues – All the required parts were on his truck, so the repairs happened on the spot!! Joe took the time to explain the solution, showed us ways to keep ahead of future issues and provided recommendations and options for upgrades down the road if our 20-year old door ever required it. Joe was a total pro, super knowledgeable and clearly had years of experience. I totally trust this company and highly recommend them -- Five stars!!!!!

Called early in the morning to schedule a service call. Was told it would be between 4-8 same day. Was pleased when service tech called to say he would be coming earlier. According to today's guidelines, he wore a face mask and after looking the situation over, proceeded to provide an estimate explaining all the alternatives. Work was completed and after a few adjustments, he politely thanked me for choosing Precision.

Jason -called ahead of time --was ahead of time for appointment --- and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable... .....and did a damn great job in educating me and explaining the problem ( door lifting partially due to broken spring) and solution (replacement of both springs). ** 4 1/2 stars --- would be 5 stars --but cost is a factor

I would rate Precision at a rate of 4. My garage door wasn't working and a neighbor recommended Precision. I called to arrange a service call. The phone call interaction was pleasant and professional. The representative went out of her way to arrange the service as soon as possible. The service individual contacted me before arriving. He came prepared to fix the problem. During his assessment of the garage, he was thorough and honest. He expressed that he couldn't fix the issue because it wasn't Precision's product. Then, he gave me a suggestion on what to do going forward. This type of professionalism is what I look for in a company. Sadly, I couldn't use Precision but based on my interaction with employees, I would recommend them to others.

He even offered me the option of conversing via phone so that we were both protected during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is why I love Precision Door, a customer-centered organization!

My door spring broke on a Sunday and I was unable to open the door. I contacted Precision and they came first thing Monday. Joe repaired and serviced the door and it worked like brand new. Very efficient and informative. Left everything spotless. Would have him back anytime.

I saw your commercial on tv and decided to check you out on line. I found nothing but very good reviews so I gave you a call. An appointment was made for the next morning. The tech that came out was Mac. What a nice guy. He looked over my garage door opener problem and explain in detail what was needed for the repair. Mac fixed my problem in no time and now my garage door works better then before. Mac did a GREAT job. You’ve got a customer for life now.
