the techs that came to my home to install the new garage door were awesome, one was in training status and i do not think he could have had a better instructor, his knowledge about the install and how it was handled was a great relief to me, I had a new roof added and the whole experience was a nightmare, your techs gave me renewed faith about having a company do work on my home. My garage door openers weren't working - they wouldn't work to close the garage door. After much research, I realized I needed a new system. I called Precision because I've used them before - when the spring broke on the garage door. Once again, they were right on time (even a bit early!), diagnosised the issue, and gave me options for replacing the opener. After installation, they took the time to go over the operation of the new system. Service was great, and the price was as expected.

One of the springs broke on our garage door on a Friday. I booked an appointment upon a quote of 101$ to 215.00$ with a 49.95 service fee. No one could come till Monday 12-5. Service man just gave me an estimate of 895$! Then reduced it to 515$! Never will I call them again.

First class, professional service for the replacement of my remote garage door system. All precautions taken and respect for the social distancing order. Everything wiped down after work. Too notch. We had full installation on a weekend and the lead guy was training someone. He took his time and double and triple checked everything. Made sure there was no squeaking at all and was detail oriented in all things! Highly recommend. G was wonderful!

I called Precision on Thursday night after hearing my garage door spring break. An appointment was promptly set up for the following day. The service technician called 20 minutes prior to arriving alert me to their arrival. They arrived on time wearing protective facemasks and immediately explained the safety measures they would be taking during their time at my residence. After inspecting the job, my repair options were explained to me and all my questions/concerns were fully answered. The repairs and other adjustments were completed in about an hour. Now I have the quietest garage door in the neighborhood. The telephone customer service representative was professional, courteous and efficient. The technicians were amazing. They knew what they had to do and it did perfectly. I complement them not only on their work ethic, but also on the professional/courteous manner in which they served me. This was five star service for sure.

Expert, efficient repair job by Mark! The old door had literally fallen apart, yet he was able to manhandle it down, put it all back together with new parts (springs, rollers,cables), and have it running smoothly in less than an hour and a half. Really impressive!
