Started using Precision Overhead Garage Door several years back. We were impressed not only with their work and the knowledgeable service tech but that their prices were fair and they were able to come out right away. We've had to call them a couple of times in the last few years and as usual, they were excellent. I do like that the office lets you know not only the name of the service tech but send you a picture as well. We recommend them highly.

Never had a garage door open on the garage door. After living in the home for 28 years we decided to ask for a cost to purchase and have one installed. Mark did a good job installing the opener. The only question I have is WHY was I charged a "Service Call" of $49.95? There was no replacement or repair with this service. Disappointed on that hidden cost. Thank you.

We had one broken spring on our 2 car garage door. Was quoted around $250 for spring replacement, tech said he would have to change both springs, new price: $545, your tech Brett, was very courteous and professional. Would have liked to know about having to replace both springs before I agreed for you to come out. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

The repairman came on time, called ahead, to make sure everything was fine. All I can say is this company is Awesome! Needed my garage door fixed and they came out that same day. The technician Gaotano was wonderful and very thorough. I had a problem shortly after it was installed and when I contacted them the same technician Gaitano returned and fixed the issue. Great company!

Joseph Askew and his partner showed up early and gave me a courtesy call before with his ETA. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. I've had the springs replaced twice on my door, he checked them out and said they were under sized. He explained why and i agreed. When they break the next time, I am definitely having them replaced by him. No more bargain shopping.

very impressed with the service. it was very professional, informative and spot on with the problem and solution. the service personnel explained in detail much of what i already knew and went to work immediately. after replacing two torsion springs and a couple pulleys in less than 30 minutes, he was ready to complete the service and move on. We had a brand new garage door opener from Precision installed as well as some replaced rollers and a repaired pulling wire. We really liked how quiet the new system was and how well it worked. The next day, the door opened on its own and the wall control unit seemed out and wouldn't open or close the door. The technician, Chris S, found time in his schedule to come right away, figured out the problem, which was bad wiring behind our walls unrelated to the installation, so he ran a new wire and all is well. A big thank you goes to Chris.
