Precision installed a new garage door for us today. Throughout the experience, everything went as planned: estimator came out on time as scheduled, installers came out on time as scheduled. The installers said that the service would take approximately 3 hours, the service took approximately 3 hours, etc. Everyone was courteous, professional; seriously, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company. Our second time using them. Last time was in 2012 for the other side garage door. Just great!

I chose Precision because the reviews were so positive. Now I get to leave one. Lee came here early (a plus). He was a really nice guy, knew his stuff, fixed the door quickly. Works beautifully now. Only thing. You should provide all your guys with masks. I know a lot of people don't believe in the virus. But for those of us who wouldn't survive a hospital stay, it means a lot that you care enough to keep us safe.

Justin arrived in an incredibly short time after I called in for a repair service appointment. He was very informative, thoughtful and thorough - clearly well-trained and experienced. He did a great job in a lot less time than I thought our repairs (multiple parts, etc. needed replacement) would take. Precision was highly recommended in the NextDoor app from some of my neighbors and I can see why. Brian showed up on time and was able to determine the best solution for our golf cart garage door that had very low headroom. He gave us a couple of options that would work for us. Since our door is a custom size, he recommended that we replace the worn wheels so that we can prolong the life of the door. He was super polite and personable which made for a very nice experience for us. He swept up after completing the fabulous job that he did for us. He even checked the safety of our second garage door as a courtesy to us. I would highly recommend Precision as well as their installer Brian.

This was the second time I've contacted your organization for assistance regarding my garage door. The first was to install a garage door opener and this time was to fix a broken spring and hinge. Alex came today to do some garage door repairs. He was punctual and very interested in making us understand what he felt needed to be done.
