I am really happy with my service from Precision Door and Jason McCray. Jason came in and was so professional and personable. He went over my options to fix my loud garage door. I opted for the new belt driven opener and he replaced my squeaky rollers and now my garage is a quiet as a church. Brian and son did a complete overhaul of my garage door, replaced the motor and also reinforced the door. I could not be more pleased with the result. Was VERY pleased with Precision and especially the tech that arrived, Gaetano. We'd been having trouble for several weeks with the remote control opening & closing the garage door. It had been working sporadically and we'd tried everything possible to figure out what was the problem. Gaetano asked us questions, listened to our answers, gave me a couple of options to consider and we were able to correct the issue quickly and at the least cost. Would highly recommend this company!

I called on a Sunday and was delighted that someone answered the phone. She helped me with an appointment the following day. The Tech, Lee, called to let me know he was en route. He explained what needed to be done and replaced a broken spring and old rollers. Up and running within an hour. Great job --- highly recommend.

Had what turned out to be a minor problem with our opener. Magnified by the fact we are in Canada and house is in Florida. Made a call to Precision and within 3 hours Alex picked up a key from my friend and was at the house. An hour later everything was resolved and the system serviced. Unbelievable. Had to wait 3 weeks in Canada for same service.
