Alex was polite and gave a precise explanation of all the issues with my 20 year old garage door system. He gave me various options to try and reduce my costs. I accepted the quote and within three hours I had a brand new garage opening system with no noise. I replaced the old noisy screw drive with a new belt drive, what a difference! Alex was very professional and respectful. He explained what happened, broken spring, and gave me the options. Although I thought the price was a bit high, we needed the garage door to be fixed. He was in and out in an hour and a half. Unfortunately, I wasn't offered a military discount? That would have helped the bottom line.

From previous positive experience several years ago, I called Precision for a current issue. They were able to schedule the repair in less than 24 hours. When they arrived, they quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken cable, electronically accepted by credit card payment and issued a receipt via email all within 30 minutes. Repair is guaranteed for a year. Will call again if a problem and will recommend to anyone needing garage door repair/replacement.

My door would stop mid-close or open. Mark came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for a new door and motor. He got the door working for now with a few adjustments. He did not charge me for today's visit! :)
