Alex was the best, asking if he should wear his mask and making sure we understood the estimate of what we needed. The garage door company we will always use. He installed the better light things that make the door go up and down, and did maintenance on our springs. Much appreciated.

The installer who came out was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, even though a VERY detailed description of what I needed was given to the call center they did not convey that information and so it was a wasted trip for the tech and a wasted day for me waiting for the appointment. I believe they will do an excellent job once they actually get to do what I wanted based on the great advice given to me by the installer.

He reprogrammed all the remotes & keyless door pad! He didn’t charge for a service call because he found nothing wrong! Technician, Alex Reich, arrived safely dressed for contact with mask and gloves. Reassuring first impression. Brought him to the source of the dilemma. As soon as he saw the problem, he zeroed in on the solution. In about five minutes or less, he had the problem repaired and working like new. What impressed me, is that he then went on to lubricate the chain, hinges and wheels, which had nothing to do with the original problem. Little touches like that reflect impressively on the tech and the high standards of quality service the company offers. He didn't try to up sell anything, but offered good advice on how to maintain my 12 year old door opener system. Nicely done, Alex and Precision.

Started using Precision Overhead Garage Door several years back. We were impressed not only with their work and the knowledgeable service tech but that their prices were fair and they were able to come out right away. We've had to call them a couple of times in the last few years and as usual, they were excellent. I do like that the office lets you know not only the name of the service tech but send you a picture as well. We recommend them highly.

Never had a garage door open on the garage door. After living in the home for 28 years we decided to ask for a cost to purchase and have one installed. Mark did a good job installing the opener. The only question I have is WHY was I charged a "Service Call" of $49.95? There was no replacement or repair with this service. Disappointed on that hidden cost. Thank you.
