What a terrible experience. Two technicians were sent and the 'lead' tech had absolutely the worst attitude and unprofessionalism I have ever encountered before. We have done business with Precision many times before but never again...refused the service and was met with threatening disposition from the tech. During a time when establishments like this should be treating customers with respect...you instead great with animosity and sarcasm.

We have had service from precision door previously and would recommend the company to anyone with a garage door issue. This time our door would not open and our car was inside. Jason was at our house the following morning and repaired the door within an hour. Great service!

Mark Basilotto arrived right on time to diagnose what was causing my garage door opener not to work. It stopped working the night before. I disengage the release and lowered the door manually. Mark reengaged the arm that connects door to the track. He found the operator started to work once again and decided there was just a glitch in the system possibly due to a power interruption or surge. He tested the opener a couple times and it's working fine now. Thank you Mark!

I am so blown away with how amazing this experience was! The lady on the phone that scheduled my appointment was so friendly and made me feel so valued! Then Lee Stanziale called to say he was on his way and I could tell from his voice and attitude this was going to be good. When Lee arrived it was like family just showed up! I can't say enough good about how professional and kind he was and the job he did was so good and so fast. I thought he was just going to give me estimate but he was able to install what I wanted right then! I'm a raving fan and have already told my friends and family about Lee and Precision door service. I'm also friends now with Lee and going to invite his family over for dinner! Great people and highly recommend them!

Our technician Jason was very professional! He explained the problem with our 15 years old custume made system.. The belt needed to he replaced he had to go and get it since its not an average size.. He inspected the entire system and point it out the future problem areas but since its still a working unit he didint want to sell us other new parts.. Really appreciate the time and effort he put in to fix it and to explain everything. Highly recommend this company and Jason as a tech.
