I called on a Sunday and was delighted that someone answered the phone. She helped me with an appointment the following day. The Tech, Lee, called to let me know he was en route. He explained what needed to be done and replaced a broken spring and old rollers. Up and running within an hour. Great job --- highly recommend.

Mike your service guy was terrific and I felt very confident in the work done and the way it was performed I have health concerns in this difficult time and needed to be careful and Mike could not have done better, mask gloves wipes all clean worked right thru lunchtime to finish the job on a hot day He deserves all 5 of the stars I gave excellent job! Had what turned out to be a minor problem with our opener. Magnified by the fact we are in Canada and house is in Florida. Made a call to Precision and within 3 hours Alex picked up a key from my friend and was at the house. An hour later everything was resolved and the system serviced. Unbelievable. Had to wait 3 weeks in Canada for same service.

Wow what a surprise!! Called Precision about a problem with our garage door opener that needed to get fixed. I also wanted new garage door seals put on as well. They worked out a way and setup a time to show up later in the day. Lee the technician called much sooner than we expected and said he would be here in 30 minutes. He did a wonderful job and made sure everything worked like it was supposed to before he left to make sure we were happy. He even went as far as to program opener for our car. I consider that above and beyond. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

I can't say enough with praise for Alex Reich, the technician, that fixed my garage door. I was in a tough situation, needing to have my garage door fixed so I could tend to commitments. Alex was professional, very polite , and did a good job in a relative short period of time. I doubt that I will encounter any problems in the future with my door but if I do, I will certain call Precision!!!! Hopefully Alex will be my technician!!!!

Precision installed our new garage door opener 4 years ago and did a very nice job for a very resonable cost. We were experiencing a problem with the remote controls not working properly....sometime they worked and the next time they did not work. Mark B. came and made an adjustment that was assumed to have been caused by a recent storm outage. He was efficient, professional, and a pleasure to talk with. He also made an extra effort to rework his schedule so he could be at our house earlier than originally scheduled. He did that at our request due to an unexpected appointment we had come up that morning. His effort to accommodate us prevented us from cancelling with Preciosion and re-scheduling which would have caused us to deal with the remote control problem for a few more days. MUCH APPRECIATED.

Our technician Jason was very professional! He explained the problem with our 15 years old custume made system.. The belt needed to he replaced he had to go and get it since its not an average size.. He inspected the entire system and point it out the future problem areas but since its still a working unit he didint want to sell us other new parts.. Really appreciate the time and effort he put in to fix it and to explain everything. Highly recommend this company and Jason as a tech.

What a terrible experience. Two technicians were sent and the 'lead' tech had absolutely the worst attitude and unprofessionalism I have ever encountered before. We have done business with Precision many times before but never again...refused the service and was met with threatening disposition from the tech. During a time when establishments like this should be treating customers with respect...you instead great with animosity and sarcasm.
