Mark Basilotto took his time and checked everything thoroughly. He found frayed cables and brought to our attention we could use new rollers. So glad he found these issues which he showed to us prior to doing the work. Our door is quiet and safe now. He was on time, very nice and informative. I am so blown away with how amazing this experience was! The lady on the phone that scheduled my appointment was so friendly and made me feel so valued! Then Lee Stanziale called to say he was on his way and I could tell from his voice and attitude this was going to be good. When Lee arrived it was like family just showed up! I can't say enough good about how professional and kind he was and the job he did was so good and so fast. I thought he was just going to give me estimate but he was able to install what I wanted right then! I'm a raving fan and have already told my friends and family about Lee and Precision door service. I'm also friends now with Lee and going to invite his family over for dinner! Great people and highly recommend them!

Do to the Covid pandemic, we were set a little behind schedule. However, we were kept informed throughout the process. When our door came in to be installed, Charles and Mike were very professional, trustworthy, and polite. I was absolutely delighted to have them on my property. Excellent service!!!! The springs broke and we were barely able to lift the 500lb. Hurricane proof door. We were able to get Precision to come out the next morning (even though it was the weekend). The Technician (Jason McCray) was extremely knowledgeable , courteous and explained everything to us , which allowed us to make the right decision.

They were there within two hours on a Saturday, finished the broken spring job in a half-hour. Another place we called said they could be there five days out, while our cars were trapped in the garage... Knowledgeable, efficient, polite technicians. Very satisfactory experience.
