Technician Gaetano C. arrived on time and wearing a mask. He was quickly able to diagnose the issue at hand and described several options to repair the non-operating garage door motor. We chose to replace rather than repair and to upgrade to belt from former chain drive. Gaetano's workmanship was great and feel the price was reasonable. 100% satisfaction.

Fast service. Called about a problem that our garage door was randomly opening on its own. Derrick the technician was out first thing in the morning next day. He laid out all options once he evaluated the problem. All is great again. This is the second service call we have made on this door and Precision was fast and fixed the problem at a reasonable rate. Highly recommend them.

You just don't get better service that Precision!!!!! We purchased our beautiful and unique garage door from Precision 3 years ago. It truly completed our modern renovation to our home. The Precision team was extremely professional, from sales to installation. Just this past week we had a little noise in our door mechanism and called them. They came out and performed the minor adjustment just a few hours after our call.

On Friday around 500pm my garage door would not open. By 300 pm Sat Derrick Irving was here to replace the broken springs. He was professional, courteous and a five star rating is not high enough for him. He earned my repeat business in the future.

A tech who came to repair my garage opener, that he quickly reprogrammed showed both cables laced and explained why. He had necessary items to replace them and swiftly worked to replace the springs. The response to my service call was prompt and courteous. The tech who came today was also courteous, professional, swift, and kind. I used the Precision in my other home in NJ. I found its service mostly reliable but the knowledge level is not consistent among different technicians whom I have come across over a decade.

Purchased a garage door from Precision about 1 1/2 years ago. This December, it would not close. The "settings" needed to be reset. They thought it was because of a power surge. We spent 3 hours trying to resent the limits, but could not get it to work. They did fix it. We live in Florida with more lighten strikes and power surges than most states. I with I knew that it would have to be resent every time the electricity goes off. After it was fixed, I wanted to know what happen and what I could to go fix it ourselves next time. When talking the to repair man, he was very rude and at first could not tell me what he had done to the garage door to get it working. After a few minutes, he "all of a sudden remembered" what he did then was mad that I was asking so many questions. I was not impressed with the manner of talking to a customer and that the door will need to be resent every time the electricity goes off.
