The service technician was Gaetano Castiglione and he did a thorough inspection of our Precision door opener and found it in fine working condition. This says a lot for the quality of Precision equipment since it was installed four years ago and we are just now having it checked over.

Technician Joe came to work on our garage door as it did not always want to close. He found the problem immediately - one of the sensor wires was loose and causing a short. He corrected it and taped the wires securely on both sensors. He reviewed several items with us to help us better understand possible issues and to watch the main light and count number of flashes, this would help us identify what the problem area might be. He was very courteous and extremely helpful and called to see if he could come ahead of schedule since he was in our area. We appreciated his professionalism.

this poor review is more about company management than the tech. as a result of the installation of new springs the door opener motor was damaged. i thought i was being very generous in suggesting that they fix or replace the motor and i would pay their cost. i was only offered a $50 discount and installation. i.e. $500 job for $400. given that they caused the problem i thought this was unfair. I will be using another company even if i end up paying more. very unhappy with their response to this issue.

The house we purchased had a garage door serviced by Precision. Last year the springs broke and you came out and replaced them and gave our parts a tune up. We were very happy with the turnaround time and the service that was provided. Today, the service was the same...outstanding. He was professional and very competent. We will recommend Precision and use your service if needed in the future.

I would not even give this company 1 star. A man came to install my garage doors and told me he would not install because my garage was “filthy.” I have been waiting for 3 months for this install and no one gave me instruction that I have to remove my built in cabinets before they could install. Ridiculous. After that he refused to leave and started taking pictures of my garage. DO NOT use this company- horrible customer service.

Travis arrived within a few hours of our call for service. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly replaced our broken springs with better quality ones. He also replaced our rollers.
