The service was fine, two springs were replaced. One was broken, however, the technician recommended I replace both due to the fact the other could break at anytime. I called my brother, who knows about these things, he suggested I get both springs replaced and said the price was resonable. The technician was polite and professional. If I need repairs in the future, I will certainly call Presision.

Precision Garage Door is such a professional company. They answered my call the first time I called and had a technician out the next day. When I booked the work I was told that the service call would be $49.95 and the spring would cost $225. The technician said I needed 2 springs and that the rollers, the cables and various other components needed replacing. The total cost was $900. A significant increase over the $275 that I was anticipating. Your estimating needs to be improved. Also, the technician said that the work was covered by a 7 year warranty but didn’t mention that it was contingent upon a regular annual maintenance by your company. Very disappointing and very expensive.

My rental property is about an hour away (which normally involves days and coordination to rectify) but not with this amazing company. I called Precision late in the day who sent someone the same evening. They were able to assess the situation and give me 3 options. We chose to install a new garage door opener. Replaced existing garage door and garage door opener. They did a good job with the installation except for the wood trim. The existing wood trim is 21 years old and had wood rot and was warped at the bottom. They just tacked a new strip over the old. The old molding will continue to rot and warp further causing problems in the future. Should have done it properly and replaced the old damaged wood trim. Sales representative said that the old wood trim would be replaced upon new installation but it didn't happen.
