When I saw your office dogs listed as customer service employees, I was sure I had chosen the right company. Alex came to our house to check out our door issue. There was none when he came and said that our sensors probably got out of alignment. Nothing needed to be done. However, I asked what it would cost to have a new opener installed as ours was quite old. He gave me various options and answered my questions. A new opener, wall button, outside buttons, and new sensors installed within the hour and a half he promised. I couldn't be more pleased and have already recommended Precision to neighbors.

We had our garage door spring, which was a 4 1/2 year old master torque system, break. After calling around we found that the system that was in place was not very reliable and it was recommended that we change the to a different and more reliable torque system. Since we were having the work done, we also decided to upgrade the rollers/wheels which were also builders grade. Our technician Derrick was very friendly and informative. Our new system is soooooo much quieter than our old system that clunked and made opening and closing quite loud. Like they say....you get what you pay for! We are thrilled with the efficiency and quality that was installed! Looking forward to many years of trouble free openings and closings.
