The tech was very thorough in his explanation of our options concerning new springs for our garage door. His work was complete and he accomplished it in a timely manner. He handled all of my wife and my concerns regarding the installation in a professional way and did not try to sell us anything which we do not need. I was scheduled for Friday afternoon noon - four. No one showed up. I called and the lady said they had double booked the service man. They rescheduled me for the next day and dropped the service call fee. It would have been nice if someone would have called me Friday so I didn't waste 1/2 my day waiting around. The service rep showed up Sat. was very professional and did a great job. Let me know what he was doing and why. Overall was very satisfied with the service but not with the scheduling process. Tom

I called about the ad on tv for wave of service call to see what was wrong with our remote on the outside of the garage. Found out it was the remote and we needed a new one. Because of our limited income from social security we couldn't afford it right now. Mark said we had to pay the service call because we didn't get anything done. we had to spend over $100.00 to have it waved. That wasn't what the ad said. Very disappointed with your company. We wouldn't recommend your company to anyone because of the misrepresentation of the tv ad

First, with Alex answering a phone at 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday impressed me right away. Second, the appointment was scheduled for the very next day. Excellent! Mark showed “early” at 12 noon and immefiately saw what the problem was, a broken spring. He quickly and thoroughly explained what happened gave me the options to consider and within an hour ....he replaced the spring and all rollers, tightened the chain and then...it was fixed!! Excellent service, professionally handled. I told Mark I would be sure to spread the word and let others know about Precision Door!! Thank you

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE AND FOUND TECHNICIAN MARK TO BE FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PROBLEM AND DID A QUICK AND EFFICIENT REPAIR FOR US. HE POINTED OUT THAT THE LIFT CABLES WERE FRAYED AND IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT AND HAD HIM DO THOSE AS WELL, DUE TO IT BEING A SAFETY ISSUE.

Precision Gets a well deserved 5 star rating from me. We have had another company come twice and still the same problem persisted. As if that were not frustrating enough the other companies representative was very rude and implied that I was the problem. Precision came, diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within a half hour AND the problem was resolved. Out technician was not only knowledge, and efficient, but he was kind and actually smiled! Mark wax the complete package and I would welcome him back anytime. Thank you Precision !!

I am so impressed. Called for service and 10 minutes later the technician called and was on his way. Mark arrived 20 minutes after my initial call to Precision, assessed the problem, advised needed repairs and got to work. All the while he was courteous, informative and upfront about costs and reasons for suggested upgrades. Upgraded springs, rollers and opener reinforcement bracket. I definitely recommend Precision! Even asked for extra business cards to give to friends. :-)

Service was prompt and courteous; repair resolved in less than 30 minutes...it involved winding one cable back onto its reel and adjusting the two tension springs. The cost was $150 after I complained that their quote of $225 plus the cost of a service call ($30) was much too high. I was told that my repair was classified as a "hung door"....a dangerous problem to repair....and that was why the charge was so high....that the tech would have to "climb up on top of the door", etc, etc. That didn't turn out to be true. Maybe we should chalk it up to poor diagnostics as to the nature of my problem. In the end, the repair took care of my problem and the cost was reasonable. It just shouldn't have taken a special call back to the office to resolve.
