Mark was excellent. Minor problem with door but of course it was not doing it when he was here. He cleaned safety beam and checked everything out. We discussed options should the problem reoccur. Service fee was minimal. Second time I've had Precision here, last in 2014. Opener is 14 years old but doing ok overall. I am very happy with Precision Door.

Mark was very efficient and knew what the problem was immediately. He had to replace bolts that had fallen out and did a tune-up which I believe had never been done in the 10 years (age of house). Now, the garage door opens and closes very quietly and smoothly. I would like to give Mark and Precision 6 stars!!!

Professional service, explained exactly what was broken, what was needed to repair the garage door and showed me what else should be repaired to make the garage door function properly.
