Mark your service tech came on Thursday and we discussed my options for a replacement garage door opener as one currently was at 30 years old with worn out remotes and keypad. I decided to purchase the belt drive unit because of the quality features as mentioned shown in website video. The installation by Mark was done very neatly and efficiently. Mark was very personable and explained everything thoroughly. He also programmed the opener in the car.I am very pleased with the end result and certainly recommend them.

Needed a new drive belt. I gave it a 4 because although the technician did a great job the cost was a bit high. Just short of $300 to replace a drive belt seem a bit high by $50 - $75 dollars.

Tech, came out, I explained the problem, He said lets try a new remote. Pulled a new remote out of the box, hit the learn button on the opener, would not program, said you need a new door opener. I said how much, and he said $569.00 installed. I said let me think about it, he said okay and left. Sent me an invoice for $69.95. Was at my house for maybe 15 minutes. I checked with D&D garage door and they could install a new door opener for $325.00. Also said they could send a tech to fix my current door opener. I said, interesting. I checked with home depot and found a brand new Genie garage door opener just like the one I had for $205.00. I opted for the opener from Home Depot. I'm pretty sick of company's trying to rip people off. My advice is to shop around. Thanks, Paul

As a new owner I wanted our non-working garage door opener fixed and a recommendation on replacing the door. Mark came early because he was in our area, and worked very quickly. He replaced the old rollers and got rid of the old code system, fixed the opener and gave us new remotes. We are very pleased with the fast response, excellent work and reasonableness of the cost.

Once again a great service call issue taken care of by Precision. My appointment was 10-2pm and Mark called at 9:30 or so saying he was on his way. Once he arrived he took a look at the door/equipment and let me know what had happened, what was fixable, and what options were. Once I told him what I wanted he got set up, got to work, and got the door up and running in a very short time. He showed me the broken parts, cleaned up the area and walked me through the billing process. Very professional, very quick service and the door is working perfectly. This is why I'll be using Precision for all of my company's vacation rental homes in the Bradenton/Sarasota area.

Mark was supposed to call me between 10am and 2 pm. He called at 10 sharp and was at my house at 11:30. He replaced both springs along with new rollers that he suggested. He completed the job in only 30 minutes and had the personality you would wish for when someone works on your house. I never realized it was the rollers that was making all that noise. Mark arrived on time and was professional, polite and knowledgeable. We talked for a few minutes to review my door issues and then he went right to work on his estimate. Mark suggested some general maintenance needed on the door as we discussed the estimate. With agreement from me, Mark started the needed repairs and he was done before I knew it. With the work completed , Mark explained everything he did that day and also discussed potential concerns he found with the opener in the future. I was very pleased with Mark and will be sure to call Precision for any future garage door repairs
