I called yesterday and Alex came today. He was very polite, knew just what he was doing. He even helped me change the batteries in my keypads. No big repair necessary, so we were only charged a minimal service fee. We were very happy with his service. Would absolutely use them again! Great job Alex!

Prompt courteous service. Have been listening to door crack, snapple, pop and screech for the last year. Was ready to throw door and all hardware out. Justin convinced us that the door could be saved and all we needed was new mechanical equipment. After replacing equipment door was better than new.

The service tech showed up within the time frame, he analyzed the issue and explained what was wrong, how much time to repair, and within 30 minutes the door was repaired and everything worked great. Ian was very nice and professional. It was soooo hot today, but that didn’t hinder him at all. Very nice gentleman. He showed me how to use everything, and even programmed my car to work with the garage. I didn’t even ask or suggest it. He offered. Very nice man. I was in need of a service call after hours. My door opener failed and caused the door to jam. The company I normally would go to for service refused to assist. That is when I called Precision. Mark, who was ready to retire for the night, drove an hour out of his way to respond. He replaced my opener, tuned the hardware, programmed the remotes and was friendly as can be. He intelligently answered all my questions and never once thought I was a pain-in-the-ass. I don't comment on products as they all seem to be a hit-or-miss. But the customer service is outstanding! Even the nice lady that answered the phone after hours was very pleasant and helpful. Precision is my new go-to garage door place.

I used Google maps to find and chose your business. My garage door has lately on cold days only opened about 18 inches and stopped. As it was warm today, it worked perfectly. Your tech arrived the next day and discussed what the problem was caused by. He showed me that when he turned down the power cutoff of the motor, it acted as if it was cold. He also opened the door manually to test how balanced the springs were against the weight of the door. I told him I have been worried lately that if the electricity was off, I wasn't sure I could open the door by myself (I'm88). After telling me what my options were and the price of each option, I choose to just replace the springs. He had a pair of springs in his truck and took about 20 minutes to replace the old springs. I tried opening the door manually, and found it was very easy. I thanked him, paid him, and off he went. Great job, and he knew all the options & prices. I highly recommend your service. Thank you!

My double door spring broke. I called Precision because I had used the other “Garage Door” company in our area and found them to be there for the services call $$ instead providing good service. Precision turned out to be very thorough in the work they performed. The service van was really well stocked with all the springs and parts they would need to take care of the problem on the first visit. Alex was great in explaining my options. The service to fix my broken spring was really fast and even with the maintenance he did on both my doors I was only charged the minimum service fee. If you need garage service and you want to be a happy customer after the work is done then call Precision.
