Very pleased with the prompt and professional service. The tech suggested a couple options to improve performance and reduce noise level of operation. He was able to do all repairs and upgrades right away. I would certainly recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door repairs.

Initially, called Presicision because our garage door was not closing, approximately a month ago. Service tech was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Performed an adjustment in the motor box and the door worked. He explained the operation and problems that could develop with the age of our garage door system. Today, (7/21/2017), Justin came out, due to the screw drive trolley breaking and replaced same. Justin was courteous, professional, and also knowledgeable. However, he didnt apply any "hard sell" tactics as to replacing any garage door equipment. He left that decision to us. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

Repair tech came same day & repaired the door to the best of his ability at the time. He returned the next day and finished the job by replacing a side rail. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job.

Great customer service. Tec was here on time to repair my garage door. No high pressure sales technique to sell me a new door just did what he was suppose to ( repair my current door). Also was happy with the service call fee. They also have 24/7 call answering service. Would definitely use them again.

Jeremy is without a doubt a very hardworking, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and polite person. He knew exactly what he was doing and made sure everything was cleaned and tidied when he was done. We would give him over 5 stars if we could. We chose this company from home advisor because of their high rating and very good reviews. Javier came out first to help us choose what was best for us and was curtious, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. His business knowledge helped us greatly. 5 stars also for Javier. We would definitely recommend this company and rate them 5 stars for their staff and business. Very professional and friendly staff in the office as well. Justin was great. He took care of the problem in a very short time. The bill? Oh golly gee. The biggest part of the bill was my purchase of an additional remote opener - something I reguested, not something he tried to sell me. I am a happy camper and will recommend Precision Garage Door to others.
