Alex was polite and gave a precise explanation of all the issues with my 20 year old garage door system. He gave me various options to try and reduce my costs. I accepted the quote and within three hours I had a brand new garage opening system with no noise. I replaced the old noisy screw drive with a new belt drive, what a difference! Alex came today to do some garage door repairs. He was punctual and very interested in making us understand what he felt needed to be done. No pressure, courteous and completed the repairs well and at a reasonable price. He practiced all safe practices (Covid-19). I will not use another business after our excellent experience. I called yesterday and Alex came today. He was very polite, knew just what he was doing. He even helped me change the batteries in my keypads. Prompt courteous service. Have been listening to door crack, snapple, pop and screech for the last year. Was ready to throw door and all hardware out. Justin convinced us that the door could be saved and all we needed was new mechanical equipment. After replacing equipment door was better than new.

Ian was very nice and professional. It was soooo hot today, but that didn’t hinder him at all. Very nice gentleman. He showed me how to use everything, and even programmed my car to work with the garage. I didn’t even ask or suggest it. He offered. Very nice man. I was in need of a service call after hours. My door opener failed and caused the door to jam. The company I normally would go to for service refused to assist. That is when I called Precision. Mark, who was ready to retire for the night, drove an hour out of his way to respond. He replaced my opener, tuned the hardware, programmed the remotes and was friendly as can be. He intelligently answered all my questions and never once thought I was a pain-in-the-ass. I don't comment on products as they all seem to be a hit-or-miss. But the customer service is outstanding! Even the nice lady that answered the phone after hours was very pleasant and helpful. Precision is my new go-to garage door place.
