Very happy with Percision garage door service . Have used them before and will use them again if needed. The service man came on time and only had to adjust the reverse beam which I had knocked out of sync. It took him 2 minutes and he charged us for just the basic service charge . He was very helpful and explained what I had done to cause the problem. They are efficient, courteous, know their business,we would recommend them highly.

I would have liked it if someone could have come sooner than 36 hrs. after my call, but understand it was a weekend and my call was made after hours on Sat. Very pleased with the service overall.

Garage door would not open or close consistently. Justin came out within 24 hours and rewired the opener, replaced the keypad and adjusted the door. He recommended replacing the springs and rollers in the future. We were very pleased with the work done and confident the work was done right. We would highly recommend Precision Doors and Justin.

I chose PGD bcz I’ve used hem on the past. Theybdo wxcellent work. Are always timely and efficient. Your crew were friendly, efficient and thorough. They were called to replace a door seal. While here they adjusted the door and had to replace a condenser that went out, thankfully while they were here. I would definitely call Precision again, if needed.
