In the past I had used Precision for a problem, so when my garage door keypad and remote couldn't be programmed I thought there might be a problem with the opener and so I called them. The Tech, Leigh Licata, was courteous, conscientious, and got the problem quickly diagnosed and then fixed it. I'm glad I called Precision and if ever needed, would definitely do so again!

Let me tell how pleased I am with the service. Leigh was my tech and he was amazing. My door and motor gave him a lot of trouble. He worked late into a Friday night until 8:30 PM. I was impressed he did not quit, and stayed on it until it was complete. Now the door and motor work perfectly.

I was getting a tire fixed on my car and mentioned that now I needed someone to fix the spring that broke on our garage door. Another customer eagerly said, let me text you the info. She loved you! I called immediately- was given a prompt time considering there had just been a hurricane. The technician showed up on time and gave us a very thorough and HONEST assessment and was very competent. He was done in thirty minutes. Thank you so much and I will highly recommend over any others!

Service was good and professional. Leigh is personable and competent and did a thorough job. You should be glad to have employees like him. A little mix-up on the appointment time. I got an e-mail that the appointment was for 8 AM. When I called at 8:30, I was told that the window was between 8 and noon. A small thing, but it kept you from getting a 5 star rating.
