The employee answering the phone was personable and very informative. I was able to get an appointment scheduled within a reasonable time period. The technician, Ben, arrived within the scheduled time. He provided 3 estimates and explained them all. He was personable and courteous. He completed the repairs quickly and explained everything he did. I will definitely use your company for all my future garage door needs.

Creighton was my tech. He was very informative of my questions and polite. He called to estimate his arrival time. I needed two new openers. I called Precision and they scheduled me when it was convenient for me. Matt showed up on time, worked steadily and got both installed. Alex Reich serviced garage door that had been damaged by a tenant. He had to make many adjustments to the door and spent time to problem solve a damaged "operator reinforcement bracket" and "angle iron" and installed new sensors bringing the door to perfect operating condition again. Alex was very patient and dedicated to helping resolve issues and repair work was very clean, professional looking. Thank you again Alex.

I’m leaving a five star review because Alex did a great job. Your scheduling, however, leaves a bit to be desired. I scheduled a 2pm appointment, received a confirmation email clearly stating 2pm. I then find out that’s not the reality but I’m booked into a four hour time slot between 2 and 6pm. NOT COOL!

Alex performed a thorough evaluation of our garage door and opening system, made recommendations for preventive maintenance. Door was making a loud squeaking noise when going up and down. The noise had subsided before the technician arrived, so this just turned into an inspection and evaluation service call.

I selected Precision from the internet. I have to say, this was a refreshing experience. I was having trouble with the keypad entry and the clicker. Neither were working. I knew the garage door was working because I could raise/lower it with the indoor button. Long story short, when my children replaced the battery in the keypad, they erased the memory. It was fixed in less than two minutes, no charge. Will I recommend Precision? You better believe it.

After much research, I bought our garage door from Precision 8 years ago. The very high wind rating and very realistic laser printed wood pattern were the best available on the market. They recommended an appropriate motor and accessories that all work well together. The system works perfectly, has gone through two hurricanes and several tropical storms without a scratch and has never REQUIRED service or repair. I've had two preventative maintenance services done which consisted of lubricating all rollers and adjusting the tension on the counterbalance springs. The service technicians were prompt, professional, courteous and friendly. Couldn't ask for more!
