Rick did a great job replacing our remote (broken from me changing the 9 volt battery that grips too tightly--apparently a common problem). He was efficient, insightful and a great pleasure to deal with. Rating: 5. The opener, a fairly high-end LiftMaster is very good, with battery backup that was highly useful during a one week electricity failure (hurricane Ian) but the remote is flawed and needs to be re-designed.

I had a problem with the battery in my garage door opener. The beep (loud) started last Thursday and would not stop...Called Precision and they stated that they could sent the fixit man out on Sunday during the morning hours...When asked how to turn off the sound, he stated that he could not answer that question. Fixit man came out on Sunday and opened the door to the battery and removed same. Stated that a new one cost $200.00. When asked if I needed it stated NO..It would work without it. Took out and then stated that i owed them. $80.00. I could have done the same thing if I was told about the battery.......Very Disappointed with Precision...Been with you for vey long time....Time to look for new outfit........

The employee answering the phone was personable and very informative. I was able to get an appointment scheduled within a reasonable time period. The technician, Ben, arrived within the scheduled time. He provided 3 estimates and explained them all. He was personable and courteous. He completed the repairs quickly and explained everything he did. I will definitely use your company for all my future garage door needs.
