The Technician (Alex) was very polite, very professional and thorough. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. He replaced the springs and a bearing and lubricated everything. The technician saw what was wrong and repaired in less than 10 minutes. He also adjusted the garage door opener so that problem would happen again but cautioned me to keep an eye on it because it was an old unit. I appreciated the advice and will do so. Our spring broke and Precision dispatched Fischer to come to our house a few hours later. Within an hour and a half he replaced two springs, the rollers and cables and had us operating better than before!
