We had a disaster on our hands with a very heavy garage door. Alex arrived a little more than an hour later and managed to deal with a challenging problem of re-hanging it. Our spring broke and Precision dispatched Fischer to come to our house a few hours later. Within an hour and a half he replaced two springs, the rollers and cables and had us operating better than before! Called Precision Door at 6:00 a.m. because my door would not go back down and someone actually answered the phone that early!! They sent Fischer out to look at my doors at 8:00 that same morning. He was very professional and told me what the problem was with our doors. We asked him to replace several parts on our doors and he worked several hours and got it all fixed. He explained everything he was doing and took the time to program our keypads too. He is a great technician . Thank you for everything.
