Our spring broke and Precision dispatched Fischer to come to our house a few hours later. Within an hour and a half he replaced two springs, the rollers and cables and had us operating better than before! Fischer was very professional, extremely pleasant and positioned himself as a real problem solver.

Called Precision Door at 6:00 a.m. because my door would not go back down and someone actually answered the phone that early!! They sent Fischer out to look at my doors at 8:00 that same morning. He was very professional and told me what the problem was with our doors. We asked him to replace several parts on our doors and he worked several hours and got it all fixed. He explained everything he was doing and took the time to program our keypads too. He is a great technician . Thank you for everything.

Precision replaced 2 broken garage door springs, etc, 2 years ago, and were excelent, and professional. This week, fixed all weatherstripping on 3 doors, and replaced 3rd door spring. Very satisfied with service. Alex was very professional, courteous, and did a great job.

Replaced existing garage door and garage door opener. They did a good job with the installation except for the wood trim. The existing wood trim is 21 years old and had wood rot and was warped at the bottom. They just tacked a new strip over the old. The old molding will continue to rot and warp further causing problems in the future. Should have done it properly and replaced the old damaged wood trim. Sales representative said that the old wood trim would be replaced upon new installation but it didn't happen.

Our garage door (25 years old) started making horrible noises and shaking to the extent that we parked our vehicles on the driveway in case we could no longer open and close the door. It was a good thing that we did that because all of a sudden the door wouldn't budge. We called your company after scanning the options in our area and read the glowing reviews. It was after hours when we called but we left the message with a very polite lady. The following morning I had an email saying someone would be at our house that afternoon. Fisher arrived around 2-2:30 after calling first. He inspected the problem and then wrote up three options and explained each one clearly and the benefits of each one to us. After choosing the option that we felt was the best scenario for us, he worked on our door for 4 hours bringing the door and it's operation back to better than new condition. We were impressed by his knowledge and his work ethic. He kept on task and was polite, and answered all of our questions. We were totally impressed by him and his work, and with the prompt response from your company. We will definitely recommend Precision to our friends.
