This was my first-time using Precision Door and the experience was awesome. I called on Monday and was provided an appointment the next day. Alex was professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Your technician, Rick Parker was outstanding! He notified me of his time of arrival, explained different options available to correct my problem and then gave me time to decide. I decided to replace my 20+ year old opener and so very pleased with the new unit. I told Rick that I used a key chain opener most of the time and he was able to supply a new one for me and secured it to my key chain along with explaining all the new functions of the new opener and key pad. Very helpful for a senior citizen!

Rick did a great job replacing our remote (broken from me changing the 9 volt battery that grips too tightly--apparently a common problem). He was efficient, insightful and a great pleasure to deal with. Rating: 5. The opener, a fairly high-end LiftMaster is very good, with battery backup that was highly useful during a one week electricity failure (hurricane Ian) but the remote is flawed and needs to be re-designed.
