The technician did an excellent job! He was professional, knowledgeable and skilled. From the time he arrived to diagnose the problem, to the time he left was no more than 2 hours. In that time, he installed an entirely new garage door opener, spring, rollers, bearings and belt. The administration and dispatch were on top of the process. Luis from Precision came early (after notifying me) and he quickly sized up the problem. Proceeded to provide me a quote and after my approval went to work. The fat dummy that came to look at my problem was unbelievable. He backed into my driveway and ran over one of my flower beds. Broke thre bricks lining the bed, got out of the van and did not even apologize for doing so. The other dummy with him must have been retarded and did not speak. If these two individuals are examples of your company I want nothing to do with you. I can find people like that on the street.
