I just had the most enjoyable young man help me with my garage door problems. I actually didn't know what I needed but he was quick to diagnose my problem and fixed them on the spot. He was very polite, explained everything and did the job quickly and efficiently. Why did I choose Precision? Lucky guess is all I can say but would highly recommend. I also thought their rates to be very reasonable.

In the past couple of years we had a new garage door opener and new springs. Recently we had a minor problem and the technician, Austin,came out and quickly fixed the problem. Precision Door made good on their promotion of a free service call with our previous repairs.

Also tightened the motor mount as he checked everything out for proper operation. In other words he went above and beyond my expectations. The door does not open until I’m in the drive way . My old 21-year-old Genie opened 2 or 3 houses away. The light bulb was dead And it looks like an erector set, The Genie was more appealing to look at. And I did not get the $50.00 dollar discount

Used your company in the past and we were very satisfied. This last time one of the garage door springs broke, the door was closed and we were not able to lift the garage door, we had our car inside the garage so we could not use it. On a Saturday our garage door starting making a strange sound while closing. While inspecting trying figure out what was going on we noticed the plate that holds the springs in place over the center of the door had broken lose from its mount. We called Precision Door for service. They sent one of their technicians (Travis) out on the following Monday. Travis was awesome. He's honest. Explains what's going on. Travis explained what I could have done to just get the working again. Then he recommended a overhaul of the door and why, explained why he felt it should be done to get the best service life out of the door. The amount quoted was more than we were looking to spend. However with the door being a older door which hadn't had much service in years we opted for the overhaul. Travis showed up the next day and got to work. He worked hard on the door for a couple hours replacing the opener, all the moving components that make a door operate. I found Travis to be knowledgeable, honest and hardworking young man. His work was neat and clean. He cleaned up well behind himself. He took the time to show me how to operate the new opener and all the different functions the new opener had that the old one didn't. After all was done. We feel that the money we ended up spending was well spent and have no regrets even though it was more than we had intended. I will be calling Precision Door for all our future garage door service.

We have used your company on a previous occasion and were happy with the service. We were ready for our maintenance inspection and today Joe Askew came to our home. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything about the door..why is was making the noises and what the remedies might be. He checked the door and made some adjustments along with giving us information on the possible purchase of a new motor. He is a great asset to your business and we will certainly use your company again. We are waiting for some information regarding the possible purchase of a new motor.

Travis, the technician that serviced our garage door was excellent. He called prior to arriving, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He immediately recognized the problem and fixed it. He made a minor adjustments that also improved the movement of the door. He also made suggestions for the future changes since the doors are 14 years old and there was absolutely no pressure to do anything at this time.
