The technician did an excellent job! He was professional, knowledgeable and skilled. From the time he arrived to diagnose the problem, to the time he left was no more than 2 hours. In that time, he installed an entirely new garage door opener, spring, rollers, bearings and belt. The administration and dispatch were on top of the process. She kept us informed and was extremely thorough. I would recommend this company.

My garage door got jammed and some rollers were off the track. I called Precision based on Reviews. I was not disappointed. Luis from Precision came early (after notifying me) and he quickly sized up the problem. Proceeded to provide me a quote and after my approval went to work. He knew exactly what to do and how to address the problem. He was done in less than an hour and my door now operates better than before it broke down. I highly recommend Precision.

The fat dummy that came to look at my problem was unbelievable. He backed into my driveway and ran over one of my flower beds. Broke thre bricks lining the bed, got out of the van and did not even apologize for doing so. The other dummy with him must have been retarded and did not speak. If these two individuals are examples of your company I want nothing to do with you. I can find people like that on the street.
