They called 25 minutes before arriving as Anthony said they would. I chose Precision because of their good ratings. I called on Wednesday afternoon with a non-emergency and they scheduled me for Friday morning. They arrived promptly at 8:00am in in 45 minutes had my door purring. My initial reaction to spending $300 for 45 minutes of work was they were expensive. But when I saw the detail bill and the replacement component costs, I felt the labor and expertise I paid for was reasonable. I had them put a sticker on the backside of my door so I could call them again if I ever need servicing - and I will. Completely satisfied and I recommend them.

Unfortunately the springs on my garage door broke. No worries....called the best of the best...Precision Overhead Garage Door. The door was fixed the same day by Gaetano. Great guy with a great personality and he really knows his stuff..!!! If you have garage door problems...don't look anywhere else but to Precision. They rock..!!!

Very pleased with this repair. Received same day service replacing a broken spring. When I mentioned that the door had a torn weather seal and a defective safety sensor, Josh replaced them as well. On time and priced right. Would recommend Josh and this company to a friend anytime.

Door was scraping at against track at the top. Was fixed with a custom bracket and works great. Also tried to adjust our gate opener, even though was not his area of expertise, but he tried which most techs would not. Gaetano did a great job. If other services are needed I will select Precision.

Needed an Overhead garage door serviced after recently purchasing a home approximately 12 years old. Precision's reviews were outstanding, so called Monday for a service call, two new car remotes and a new outdoor keypad. My service call was set btn noon and 4p, the same day. Received a call @ 11:40a, from Gaetano... who said he would arrive in ten minutes. Gaetano explained everything he intended to check and an hour later, I had a new garage door spring, HomeLink connected from my SUV, new key pad, two new remotes and a well tuned garage door. Great job and great service.

We noticed the garage door motor making bad noises and the door not moving. Called Precision and the technician arrived when promised. He made the repair very quickly and the cost surprised me (in a good way). Garage doors are raised and lowered so many times per day, it's good to know there's a reputable company out there.

When I called today to see if a technician would be able to fix my one year old garage door, the young lady checked the schedule and told me someone could be there this afternoon. I couldn't believe it at first. She was very specific and took care of getting details about my problem. The technician called before he got to my house, letting me know that he'd be there in about twenty minutes. He took care of the problem within a half hour. I thought Dean was very well-informed as to the door mechanics and performed as a top professional in his field. All is good.

Great service, I called and the serviceman was at my door within 2 hrs. He found the problem..broken spring and within an hour he had installed new springs with bearings, sprayed lube on rollers, tested the door settings and left me very satisfied and relieved everything was in working great!
